hi guys
My phone galaxy note N7000 gets dark even when am using it.only for the screen to be normal when i press answer button.this happens especially when am online. What can be the prob.

go to the dialing screen and press *#9900#
sysdump screen will be revealed.
press on "delete dumpstate", then press "ok", then try re doing your update

Can you tell me why when I take photos on my phone some of them disappear ? I have llooked through the gallery but only find a grey background with a keyhole in the centre.
