Galaxy note puchased on 28 feb 2012, Screen is internally broken, i am using phone by keeping pant pocket. Gave the phone in Auth service centre Cell solutions Dommuluru Bangalore. says under small nor pressure phone wiil break. if such costly instrument kept in pant pocket breakes, the design is wrong and unhappy with the product. Very bad attention towards custmor complants. got repaired for rs. 7946/- within 50 days from purchase. requststd to loo in to the matter for such delicate design

2.system storage about 2 gigs whch is alocated for installed apps
3.user available 11 gigs.

AnonD-49695, 22 Apr 2012hi guys i got this note few days back.i installed many apps... moreIf the purpose of removing the SD card is to exchange it with another .then simply copy&paste the files,all of them and through your PC from the old one to the new Card and insert it back to the phone and it will work as before.

gulan, 22 Apr 2012sure you must pay for video calls through Skype....as 2g ne... morelol only you will pay for date plan to your carrier. Skype is totaly free. But for wideo calls you nead good signal that all.

Ok I have been using this for the last two months. We all know the plus points of it. Let me tell you some minor glitches which you will be facing during and after buying.
1. The Price Factor.
In Market there are three partitions which we all know: White, Black and Gray. I was so obsessed with buying this phone before two months, that I checked at that time the price on ebay for 31700, and on streets it was 32 grands with screen guard applied. so I thought of going for it. Later I got to know that it was available elsewhere for lower prices (you know what I mean :/) so it was a vacillating for me at that time that was it just to put in hard earned money in getting with bill complete white market piece.
2. Warranty.
This is a software based phone. Trust me pals, if you void your warranty, it would be a big big fail to your buy. My friend voided his warranty by some false experimentation and ultimately got money to shell out.
So regarding this point, I would prefer to go for White Market in Pt. 1
3. Heating.
The phone when used for a span of 10 - 15 min goes hot and its like you cant stick it to ears while talking. I am talking only about some instances like charging or using of certain apps.
4. Many features such as OTG Cable, HDMI output cables need to be externally bought.
ebay serves right in pal!
5. Rooting.
Choice is sometimes scary whether to root or to not within first year (Considering all the -ve points of root)
6. I find the Active RAM to be 800 MB. (Ask me how I found out? Keep pressing the only button physically present on screen and goto task manager :P)
In Galaxy S2 its 850MB. What The !!!!
7. Annoying people.
People constantly pester you asking the weirdest questions on phone such as why is it so big or why is it having no buttons to press or is it iphone. Blaaarg!

hi guys i got this note few days back.i installed many apps in it.some of them are inatalled on memory card.but i want to remove the memory card.so i started moving apps to phone.then its showing ur phone memory is low.its having 16gb inbuilt memory so why is it showing so.more over in settings i have been shown only 11gb instead of 16gb.please help me guys.how to make all apps to install on phone memory.

The only thing that keeps me from buying this phone now is that it uses only 1 SIM.
I am presently using Galaxy Tab 10.1" and Samsung Galaxy Y Duos S6102.
I passed on my Galaxy Tab 7" and my Samsung GT_B7722 to my wife.
My son uses Samsung Galaxy Y Duos S6102

ifags, 21 Apr 2012maybe u shud read all the iphones comments back in 2010What I was saying was that, when it comes to the opinions, some people may be positive, but some people aren't. But, I thought, people like to comment when they get upset. So, it is more likely that you see bit more negative opinion rather than the one positive. Or may be, opposite if my assumption was wrong.
I don't know... But, it comes to the comments on samsong, I feels like,
1) A very few people complain about the battery life.
2) It seems like no body complains about the virus problem.
3) Everybody completely satisfy with the googles OS.
That's not going to happen on the another phone area. Some people do complain, some people don't. I just want to see the negative one before I buy the new phone. But, the android os seems perfect even still underdevelopment.
