Hi all,
I have been using Note for almost two weeks and I must say it is exemplary. It is the best smartphone I've ever come across. However, I am facing major issues with the battery performance. Last night I charged it completely and went off to sleep and when i woke up this morning the phone prompted me to plug it to a charger. Only 16% battery was left. I wonder why it drains so much of battery power even when i dont use the phone. Let me also tell you here that the wifi and bluetooth was switched off and my NOTE is always in the batter saving mode.
Any help??

Best phone i ever shown or used. ...
After using galaxy note, you even can't think for other phone.
After using nearly 1 one month, I am fully satisfied consumer.
After using galaxy note I can definatly said that Galaxy note is SUPER KING in all mobile or smartphone or tablets.
After using the note, if u use apple iphone u realise that iphone cost should not be more then RS. 5000.

I can, imagine me, living with Galaxy Note for more than thee months....my screen scratched but my battery superb. I think I will be forever a note user... .especially if the ICS update improves the software. When this note is destroyed,I will still buy another one, HTC has good features but I can't compare with Note.

i dont think s3 will able to beat galaxy note...as it fall under the categorry of tablet...wheras s3 fall under the categorry of phone...n if anyone sy that S3 comes wit the quad-core processor...dn it hs been announced few days back...that processor of phone starting from S2..the processor can be chaged..which will also upgrade note from dual-core to quad-core...so i will sy note is the best smart phone ever...

Its a cool device. It is the best option of having a phone cum tablet. Fast performance and well done Samsung.

Should I buy this phone or wait for galaxy s3? What's most important for me that's the screen size and resolution and the power of the processor. Thanks in advance.

I love my Galaxy Note! I think it gives me the best user experience out of all the smartphones/phones I've been using so far. to me it's not that big or weird and i'm a lady...Can't wait for the ICS :)

... moreIn my opinion I would chose Galaxy note over Xperia S any day. If you are looking for a nice screen to watch movies on, Xperia isn't the phone for you. The screen on Xperia S isn't even close to the one on Note, not Sizewise, not qualitywize.
Even comparing Galaxy Note with Xperia S is ridicolous. They are two completely different products.

The note is as loud as the iPod, if not louder (on headphones of course, not on the external speaker). But sound quality is quite a bit lower than the iPod. To improve quality, you need to use high quality FLAC files, otherwise normal MP3s sound better on an iPod.
For purely music, I would recommend getting a standalone music player like the iPod Touch, for mainly 2 reasons: Conserving the battery on the Note, which will deplete very fast while listening to music. Also, the iPod will sound better than the Note for the most part. But for occasional listening, the Note will do just fine.

listen up guys... I am a big fan of samsung. I was dying to buy this phone for a long time. Now i have it and i am writing this to u from my galaxy note. To be very frank, i hate nokia or any other brand... But now i totally regret buying this phone. Its nothing personal. Its just that this phone is not at all durable. Its been less than a month and its already showing problems. The speaker acts crap for me. I took it to the service center and they said reinstalling the softwares MAY make it work! !!! I've no idea whate wrong with this phone. The speaker is a total waste...

Hi guys,
even i had some doubt on the audio quality of Samaung note,which im gonna buy by next week...so i went to 1 of my nearest mobile shop tocheck its audio quality.I tried samsung headsets with it..its not up to d mark...but im using Sennheiser PX200 II headphones...audio was very good as i xpected.Currently im using sony xperia mini pro,audio is slightly better then sony :) im a audiophile...so i prefer for audo quality&music so much...so,im gonna buy dis next week fr sure... :) cheers... :)
