It is really great speed for internet but the battery is not the same as mention.
After fully charge it is only 10h in standby and 6h talk time and 3h for internet.

I bought one and am very pleased. After I bought my N7000 and tested sold my iPhone 4 and 4S. While innovations continue without Apple will not have me more as a customer and admirer. Wake up Apple! Congratulations for ese Samsung excellent "smarttab" Note Galaxy is EXCELLENT IN ALL!! Indian at all.

please I need your help guys. Should I go for it or wait couple of days for HTC one X? Also, I can use it with one hand? Finally, the battery is good? Cause I've a very bad experince with HTC Chacha?

It has a 2500 mAh battery, which makes up for the bigger screen.

The root access is like "Administrator privileges" on Windows PC or jailbraking on i-phones. There are different ways to root your device depending on the type.
I don't think you will need to Root your phone unless you want to install custom roms. Also rooting voids your manufacturer's warranty.
BTW, all the mobiles/tablets including Galaxy Note are non-rooted. User needs to root them.

as a galaxy note owner and as i mentioned in my earlier posts that this device is exceptionally the best phone ever built. Those who are comlaining abt it are paid authors who are spoiling samsungs market. Take my words if any of you is planning to buy note then dont think abt it just get it. Its the only device that replaced my laptop. Now in comparassion with galaxy nexus, despite ics on the nexus stock nexus have significantly low benchmark scorea than stock note. After about a month of using note i can loudly say that i dont feel like i should root this device. Its absolutely perfect in all aspects.

Currently the best smartphone on the planet. I was all Apple before, wow is Apple so behind the times. Samsung just keeps on impressing the world with its brilliance!

Is this phone really worth ... moreI owned a galaxy note.... the battery life is much better then galxy nexus and galaxy nexus have alot alot problem... screen size wise u will get used to it after 2-3 weeks and u will realize how small other smartphone in the market... Galaxy note did a good job in multitasking and heat up slower compared to s2 which the battery is ridiculus.
