Help needed:
If i turn on portable wifi with password, my pc with windows xp managed to detect, but unable to connect,
error massage: ......network may no longer in range......
however, if i turn on portable wifi without password, it can be connected and works perfectly
May i knw how can a pc with xp connect to galaxy note's portable wifi with password?

i'm really interested to buy this phone, but i was wondering can you take notes on pdf files? and is the s pen sensitive and good enough to take notes? i really need this features. thanks for answering this btw.

When I go to the place whe... moreinsted of switchin it off, u can jus selct flight mode and then again general mode, i think this sud do the trick, note has the best signal reception and sound quality while taking calls even much better than iphone 4s, this sud not happen

I got problem with Galaxy Note.
When I go to the place where is no any reception signal (specially inside the lift) and when I come out it supposed to get signal back in few minutes/seconds
but IT DOES NOT get signal back even in hours. To get the signal again, I need to power off and on the phone.
I am using this device since 3 months but just few days before I got this problem.
Any solution ? ?

The problem could be with your mobile only. Try upgrading the firmware or else get it checked from the service center.

I have to say I got bad luck in my glaxy note . within 1 month after purchase my new phone , the power can not be on or even can not be charged . sent to repair center wait & wait 2 more weeks , get my phone back , the battery seems run out become faster & faster , even not use the phone , the battery can run out within 1 day . today need to sent to repair again .and the new phone only 47 days from my purchase. frankly saying that I am very very disappointed !!!

I went to samsung over the weekend and already tested about 5 units with them already, all Galaxy note seems to have a problem on the S.Pen test. when you do the spen test. on different units.. some edges you cant write using the spen. but I was really eager to buy one so I already bought the unit with the least problem on that Issue, I hope there is a fix on this one, but I might doubt it because it may be the sensors of the screen for the pen. anyone else who are buying please watch out for this problem, if you also tested over 5 units with the same problem then maybe it's really a given problem we just have to live with.

Can anybody let me know how can i read the ARABIC language properly on this Note , i only see the letters seperated and staert from left to right . I realy can not understand or read anything , any body knows a way or software to get this language properly , samsung could not help me . there customer service is very poor

had this phone for 3 weeks now, i had a s2 before which was top draw, the note has taken the s2 and made things alot better, It has been brilliant help to run my business,social and family life,

The phone and applications on the phone works very well. Problem is connecting it to a PC and sunchronizing contacts & e-mail. Samsung mailed me a link to install. Nothing works. It is rediculous to develop such a phone with no specific software for this function.

nice phone... 1 thing lacking in this phone is the dual sim card. There is 1 phone with a little bit lower specs but the same battery power and screen for triple lower the price. The Blu Studio is a growing brand in u.s. but it is the famous brand in Latin america. this phone is almost the same in specs but in dual sim card.
