Hi, anyone looking at Samsung Galaxy 1717 ? Any major difference with Samsung Galaxy GT-7000, can it be use in asia? if anyone can assist with this Q.. Thank you !

The 72 mb update made my note slow.. i did a factory reset to get back to the previous one.. please do not go to update with this one....

If any here knows of any possible reasons that when I updated my Galaxy Note a few days back, the update didn't include the changes to the phone (keyboard, flash, music player, etc). I'm in South Africa just in case that matters. Oh and any leads to solving my WiFi issue to stuck on "Obtaining IP" and on some WiFi`s I get connection but can't browse the net.

guys m in india. . n updated my galxy note a week bak. nnw my phone ia really very slow. . very very slow. i did d factory reset aswell. . bt no.improvement.. can any1 help hw to undo the update n go bak to the default thing. . pls help. .

noter, 26 Feb 2012Hi all,it seems silly,but today i just bought this phone,an... morethe note only comes with 1gb of ram. (no other phone has more then 1gb of ram) unless you are thinking about th 16gb of internal storage, in which case did you check under settings->storage for total space?

Rajiv, 26 Feb 2012when i chek software update i saw there are 72mb update is ... moredo not update.... my games crashes.... my phn crashes..... and yes it becomes quite sloppy sometimes.....have to restart it...... i repeat do not update till next update is available..

Hi all recently i updated 72.29 Mb update for samsung galaxy note. I found it has improved my battery life like charm and now even after three hour of idle mode it dose not suck even one percent of battery in comprision with earlier every 20 minute 1 percent. Other benifit is my note is faster and i could not find any performance issue its working fine with added features. I recomend all to update galaxy note with new update as it improve overall performance.

I have galaxy note..and when i saw the storage.the usb storage was almost full..and i also use micro sd.so shud i erase the usb storage

There is a mod to the keyboard that makes it smaller (dialer, T9) for "one handed use" and it adds numbers above the full keyboard, very convenient for entering email addresses and passwords. Minor changes to unlock/swipe animations. It's a worthwhile update, my baseband version is now N7000XXLA4.

There is little lag when I write/draw using S-pen.

can someone tell if it is better to take note or s2...?...and 1 more thing is quite important,can u use note with one hand,because if u can and if it fits in pocket nicely,then i think i'll go for him...???...:)
