Any good hearted people around pls help.how would i stop continous internet charges i am a pre paid user everytime i check my balance it is zero because of the internet charge which i dont use at all.any settings pls.another thing is how would put on the noise reduction.

NOTE and KIES connection. many posts i have read all complains no kies conection via pc, simple solution kies does not come on a cd like in the olden days ,you must downlaod it www.samsung.com/support.upon installation check for updates, connect your note via USB,go to setting.USB tethering make sure its unticked(no green check mark lit up) it will connect flawlessly giving you full access to do restoration .backups music, movies or anything you want transfer from pc to note,with ICS coming you need KIES to ugrade, i also installed MAX battery saver downlaod from 1 mobile.com what it does is closed down all the energy consuming applications running in the background. WI FI GPS ect personally i went from 24 hrs of moderate to occcasinal heavy use mailly gps maps to full 3.5days.moderate light usae .....important must turn it off to send mail or text msgs happy noting from my note

Anonymous, 17 Feb 2012the kiesdownlaod kies from samsung website after the istallation ,changes are it will tell you to update,the tricky part to connect is to make sure in the phonen setting to untick debugging mode or it will only conenct in pc mode,something that drove me nuts for over 3 months,trial and error told me to investigate this issue, even he expert samsung repair center were not aware of the proper setting to connect and be able to fully explore its capabilities, restore backups ect.to y knowledhe samsung is not putting out any 4500 mha battery,theya re available from in after market only and not original , happy noting

AnonD-31012, 18 Feb 2012Hi guys..Plz suggest..Note or Sensation XE???If you can cope with the size the note is much better. faster processor, better graphics, clearer and brighter screen, faster Internet speeds, more internal memory, better front facing camera, longer battery life for everything except web browsing wich does rince battery tbh but my has no problem lasting early morning to late evening with fairly heavy usage wich is good enough I think. Amazing for watching video or viewing images. It's a big phone but will fit in the pocket of my skinny chinos without any discomfort and once you get used to it one handed use isn't that hard I've written this with one hand while having a cig lol. Go for note and you won't be disappointed it restored mt love of phones after a htc wildfire nearly sent me insane

is it true that u can only print from ur galaxy note to wifi printer using samsung's printer only???
and if another brand printer also available...what apps should i use to connect it? what kind of printer that suitable for galaxy note? thanks before.....

Waste Of Time, 17 Feb 2012Calm down its not a war and the screen issues in note had n... moreyes u must be right in wat u just said abt galaxy S2. first this is a forum for Note not for S2 & Second just to answer that question despite of the problem galaxy S2 has had it still is the best selling & all rounder phone, the no. of people compalaining is directly propotional to no. of people buying the phone. if u check the %age of the people who have S2 is similar to the other phone. so hardly matters. by the way u already have sold ur note so which phone did u buy after that??
