You can get the software at www.sammobile.com, that is the official software and you can then flash it with Odin. Remember to put it to USB debugging first

I need to know what to do when I dial and speak to someone my phone sometimes turns on the mute button and then other times it is fine. Other times people can't hear me at all. I have replaced the battery and the problem still occurs. I was wondering if I needed to replace anything else? Please help :D Thanks
