If your phone is saying 50-100% but keeps restarting by itself, check the Battery section of your Settings.
The battery setting will say how many minutes are left.
If it says for example, 100% Charged but only 28 minutes remaining, then you know its a battery issue.
Also if your battery is getting "fat" - then you really need to replace the battery.
Check eBay for cheap batteries.

No dude. Its software issue most of the time. could be a hardware short circuiting too but mostly it is software.

after fuly charging when removing charger battery drains very quickly within 20 minutes drains completely n whe restarting showin 15-20%....is it battery problem or mobile problem.....plzzz help me wether to go for repair or buy new one

Go for Note II... Far far better than this one .. BTW I am still using Note I, will be changing it soon...

the phone response is delayed due to low ram, and battery backup only 4hours on 2g internet....... still good...

boy, 20 Apr 2014my gnote can not received a call after i update...he say 'u... moreif any problem occurs u need to flash Samsung note with Odin and install on PC,switch off phone,connect phone to PC now press home power and volume up button together u will see downloading on mobile.in this process u also need note boot in files

It is the Best Phone abd the best idea in the entire range of mobile phones available in market.No other phone can pack.so many features in such a small space.
First its Dimensions:Easily fits into your pocket and yet has a display which is large enough.
Weight: over about last two year never even gave a thought over it as a burden to carry along with.
Cameras :Two cameras and both very useful.Although the main camera on original galaxy nite prior to its update to android 4 1.2 was more precise.Still distant images are very good.Only figital zooming is no more that precise.
Stylus :it is unique to Galaxy note alone.No other phone has such nice stylus nor has such a good slot to keep inside tge phone body making it readily accessible always.
Identifies hand writing.
Voice commands are very few and not accurate.If a coomand is misinterpretated or you are rewuired to clise tge existing application or to switch anothercsimaltaneous use as during driving.It is STILL.FAR FROM A FULLY HANDFREE Phone.
Book readers:
Apart from Play Store ;Kindke ,Wattspad etc available on net Kobo cones preliaded.
Buying a seoerate kindle book reader will costcyou several thousabd rupees.
FM radio is excelkent.
MEDIA Player is Suoerb.
Earcphones are good.
Blue tooth hand free has limitations.You can answer phone calls whie driving.But csn not listen to radio or news.
Screen Capture thtough S-Pen is unique to it.But my S-Pen.stopped working after a few months of use.And newxone was not available wuth service centre.
S-Note is unique to it.And in this upgraded version the stacks hsve been replaced by clean note books.Turning of pages is beautiful.
