Dear people, can anyone please tell if it works properly with headsets (wired ones) designed for iPhone? Are volume and control buttons working ok? Music quality is really important for me, I have nice Sennheisers headset which I would like to use with Note.

It's not super AMOLED screen, battery power performance and standby are less than half against the Note. What was impressive about it is the Xperia S' 12MP camera (would the lens be any good?), and up to 4 fingers multi touch (but I don't know what for). Would you still recommend it than the Note?

Do you honestly see the difference with such a dense ppi of 285 on the note? A screen of just under 200 ppi is already so dense for people not to notice the pixels. IPhone's 300+ ppi is already so much, and its 3.5" screen diagonal dimension is puny and not so impressive against AMOLED types.

Well Samsung doesn't allow upgrading Android OS like HTC phones... its needs special tools for them,, it might be risky to upgrade such kind of up-gradation,,, do not try it..

Imran, 09 Jan 2012Its good device, but anyway every thing is not perfect so i... moreplz friend don't upgrade to 2.3.6 until 4.01 comes. it has lot meany issues than 2.3.5. actually the older version is much better for note. i have done the same mistake, u don't do it.

I just got my Note too.
OMG it's the BEST smartphone I ever had my hands on. I'm so happy I decided to buy this since it's worth every cent.
The screen is impressive comfortably large and rather sharp (in spite of being pentile). The camera is good. The sound is good. Damn, everything is good about it. I can put whatever apps I want on it, little to no bloatware. The phone is amazingly fast. Damn, it can even play Quake3 at maximum settings flawlessly (crappy controls aside). I wouldn't have believed it.
Can definitely recommend! :)

Just got mine, wonderful device.
BUT, just got this annoying time zone sync problem. I reading all over and everybody's complaining. How come such a stupid bug is still there? With all the compliments to this OS, I cant barely believe. I've come from windows' HTC looking to fill the void of some needs, and have to take this step back? One day I figure I'll have to give in for Apple... :(

Excellent phone...if u can handle its size ..nothing like it. Browsing, document editor, games and camera are very crisp.
