Tushar, 04 Nov 2016IS Samsung Note 1 a 4G mobile phone. Can anyone tell me.... morei found it worked only on ATT with 4g. Took a store manager to set up the APN on the phone. most employees completely failed to set it up. Did not work with T-mobile

kofi dacosta, 06 Sep 2016wants to upgrade the versionI use NightOwl (it's a slightly customised version of Android 5 or 6) although it's a "nightly" it is very stable if you just stick with the same kernal etc, Ive never had a crash.
You will need to install a custom recovery, PhilZ-cwm6 is used for NightOwl
I recommend you repartition using one of the 2 methods mentioned (I used Savin's) so you don't have problems with space for apps, 6GB should be plenty
Also it has a trim enabled kernel so the memory can again be restored to original speed!
And both have up to date security patches!!
