Samsung is not accepting the non compatibility of OS marahmellow and cheating customers. I have launched complaint against this issue but there is no response from samsung which reflects poor after sales service of company. Thus company is cheating there customers. It is better to file suit against samsung in consumer court for such cheating and irresponsible customer care.

This is a problematic hand set. It's device storage became automatically full all the time. I have tried many things to clean the storage but all the time same problem arise. Even i went to Samsung care also they updated the software but after a few days the same problem arise. And many of my friends facing the same problem.

8GB memory is not enough for this phone with Android 6.......how samsung a big name did this mistake .........out of 8 GB 5 to 6 GB used by system memory for user 1 or 2 GB memory.......third claass memory system by On7....really fadup.

Updated to marshmallow after lots of thinking ..awesome update given by samsung..it support themes center nd few apps can be move to sd card :)
Again it loves you back.
Anyone receive 192 MB update after marshmallow?
