Lily, 09 Jan 2017Is there any issue with the power button ? My on7 pros powe... moreMy "Power Button" is sensitive and it is little hard like other models e.g. A5, J Max and Trend. If your button is less sensitive and you have to press very hard, than I suggest you should visit a nearest Samsung center to correct it. Because the UI of Samsung device is such that you have to press the power button to lock the device every time. But I think the rubber which is below the power button may have been pushed back, so you need to to press very hard. It is a minor issue to replace the rubber in few minutes. You can do it in a nearby Samsung store or in case there is no official service center, than a local repair shop can do it.

My on7 pros power button is not as sensitive as a power button should be it needs to be pressed hard on the middle for the phone to on or off...pressing anywhere other than the center does not on the phone ... is this a feature? or a defect ?

Ok finally my brightness flickering problems has solved. Today I got a 193 MB update for my On 7 pro. It took about few minutes to download, update and set up the device. After the reboot my device is working great. For last 2 hours I set my brightness level to lowest and there is no annoying flickering. Thanks to the Samsung for this help. If you are also facing the same problem than just update your device. Thanks for reading.

Finally I got my Jio SIM on my Aadhaar Card (AC). If you AC, your Jio will be activated in within few minutes. Anyway I fit it on my SIM 1 slot and everything is working fine now. Also I have got all the free Jio Apps which are very useful and practical. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with the Jio service for now.
So, if you have a On 7 Pro or A5 (2016) model, than you should go for a Jio SIM. Trust me you will not face any problem.

LOVISH, 03 Jan 2017Turn of your power saving mode :) Thanks for the reply. I am not using any power saving mode. As for the issue, I do not used lowest brightness. And last thing is I still love my On 7 because it is better to have it, than a a mi 3/ Leco 1s which gets very heated in normal usage.

I tried to solved by activating "Developer Options" and playing with the different settings. But it did not worked out. But I am sure it is "Software issue" rather than "hardware issue". So, I accepted it and do not use the lowest brightness setting. I hope it will be resolved after future update. I advice you not to visit any service center to solve it. In stead wait for it. Other than I have not faced any major or minor issues with my on 7 pro.

Dear friends.. I am using Samsung galaxy on7 pro. I have one problem that is display blinking in lowest brightness. But normal brightness mode it will be Ok.. I gave service center to regarding this problem. They changed battery and display but no use . I discussed with them. But they have no idea an told "I will observe same model phone for reference which means all the same model phone have same problem means it is default only". So kindly request anyone using on7 pro means pls let me know in lowest brightness mode what will happen.

ravi shri, 28 Dec 2016It is 4g or not. Do it have fingerprint sensor & frontc... moreIt is 4G set. Both SIMs work 4G. But it does not have a fingerprint or front flash. If you need fingerprint than you can go for Samsung Nxt which cost about 16K. But if your budget is 10K/12K, than you can try Mi or Leco devices which have better specs, but less reliable than Samsung devices.
