I bought this device from Amazon on the first week of October at 9999/-. You can read my full user review on Amazon. Anyway I will again give a short opinion here.
The device feels premium. Build quality is very good. Back cover has nice texture to firm grip. Display is excellent. Colors looks vivid and full spectrum. Blacks are real blacks. Also viewing angels are wide. Touch is excellent. TouchWiz is clean, fast and supports lots of themes. Also the Samsung Keyboard is now perfect. It supports flow typing, multiple languages and changes color with themes. The device comes with very little bloatware. Camera is also good. Supports panorama, continuous shots, pro mode and wide shelfie. Days shots are colorful, detailed and sharp. Night shots are also acceptable. It is enough for a casual photographer. Sound and volume quality is also better, clear and loud enough. Signal reception is strong and support 2G,3G and 4G. Like other Samsung devices, it also supports 4G sim one at time. RAM is 2 GB, out of about 1 GB is free at one time. Also for 16 GB ROM, you will get 10 GB which is enough to load most of the essential apps. Processor is Snapdragon 410 which is old but has proven record. I felt no lags in multitasking. Also you can play HD videos on the device. The device has 3 slots, 2 for SIMs and 1 for memory card. Memory card slot is cleverly placed, so you do not have to remove the battery to mount/unmount the card. I am using a Samsung EVO+ class 10 32 GB card with it and it is doing well. battery is huge 3000 MiH which easily last one day and with ultra saving mode it can last upto 3 days. And last but not least, I felt no heating issue on normal usage.
Overall if you see this device has moderate specs, but it works well, lasts long and reliable. And add to that the unique Samsung apps like S Health and S planner, it adds to productivity value. I have found some more amazing Samsung apps like Samsung Focus, S Note, SnapBizCard, Music and Video which are running well in my device. I found all these apps very useful and productive. Every app is worth it, But S Note is really amazing. You can create notes on it faster and it supports lots of templates which makes it more powerful.
As for unique feature it comes with one hand operation, Data saving mode, battery usage control, Ultra mode etc.
As for cons, No auto brightness, Front camera flash and notification led.
Overall I will think is is value for money productive device with medium specs with excellent app support. If you need a device for work, chat and manage everything, than go for it.

Design of phone is nice......doesn't looks like cheap phone from anywhere......but inbuilt memory is just 8 gb.....and pre loaded apps eat most of this space.......the space left is around 800 mb and if you are going to download any big file......most of the times this will show you low memory space message......you need to delete one thing or another.......but these pre-loaded apps can't be deleted.....so you will feel helpless........overall just a waste of money......don't buy.....!!!
