guru, 27 Sep 2017My Samsung on7 automatically switch off and switch on itsel... moreProbably your device is infacted with virus or maleware. You should remove the memory card and do a hard reset by going into the boot menu. This will solve the issue.
Than you can do a fresh set up. Also may be theempry card has some maleware. So you should throughly scan it with good anti virus software on a desktop or laptop before inserting it into the device.
I am sure these steps will solve the issue ND your device will normal. Last but not least, please do not try to root, install any APK files and plug the device directly into doubtful desktop/laptop.
Anyway try to do a hard reset now and scan the memory card. Regards.
