I brought this phone 3-4 months back for my Dad. after 3-4 months use only this phone become heat by browsing or watching video.
My Dad took the phone to Samsung service center and they told, if its heating don't put memory card Simple. (haha, then why the hell Samsung gave a memory slot)
Samsung releases phones very quickly to compete with market. without giving quality. and their low quality customization sucks.
I'll not recommend to buy any Samsung phone (Android without customization) except Nexus or Pixel.

I think this phone is 1080p version of J7 (2016). I am thinking to buy this phone. Please answer my questions.
1. 4G supported on both SIM slot or not? Can I use 4G on both the SIMs?
2. How is the battery backup and camera quality?
3. Is has any lagging or heading problem?

Very very good mobile ..i m using this mobile last 6 months..not any heating issue..good both cameras..and good speed performance..good screen and no buffering in jio 4g..very nice headphone quality (using note 3 headphone)..better then j7 prime and a7

Google Maps is a basic and most essential functionality in an Android phone, this phone does NOT have a Magnetic sensor! How can the maps function then?
Waste of a phone isn't it?

audio output is horrible - touchwood. do not buy this phone
ringing tone , sms tone, keypad tones, call recording is very poor everything related to audio is very low
