bulbul, 16 Dec 2016hey dude r u mad Amoled and super Amoled display consum... moreYes am absolutelty aware of everything you said........but am not talking in terms of battery life or batttery duarablity for the whole day.....am talking about which displays are most pleasing to eyes..........and my choice is IPS display....APPLE is not stupid to use IPS. and i honor all android makers who use IPS.....personally i use my phone on full brightness all day....and it has to be an IPS. thats what i want. AMOLED display is like Glowing led's that make a red look like pink. I hate that....and all colours look florecent....which makes only the black look good,, but all other colors are so unnatural

Amoled and super Amoled display consume less battery life that s why only limited branded company are register for this display
ips display and ips-lcd display and retina display consume more power as compere to
amoled and super amoled display. if u don t believe check it out Samsung 3300 battery is equal to 4100 mah battery of any mobile

the battery consumption is less as compare to snapdragon chip set thats why they provided 4000 mph and above battery think about it

hi guys, i like this phone, but i want to know that some points about this device,
1:- How's the camera Quality (both front or back)
2:- How's the sound music (like not less or wear with earhpones have great sound)
3:- How's the battery backup
4:- that device is good in performance ( i mean not hangs type issue and open everything quickly)
4:- And last what type of sensors have in this device...
I m not a heavy gamer user, please guide me any experienced user who have this set and good knowing about this handset,

Only 1 game on a phone I played with good graphics is suicide squad.

After purchasing On8 at the time of unboxing its model number & software showing on8 after taking updates its chaged to J7.Is it a error or else need to do anything...?

Phone is good but lack essential sensors like ambient light sensor, notification light, gyroscope, magnetometer and fingerprint sensor.. These sensors are quite basic.. Also Samsung should come up with Snapdragon 650/652/653 Processors as they are king of performance in mid range. I wanted to buy this phone since it has dual SIM and dedication SD card and removable battery as well but lack of basic sensors are the reason I won't buy this. I have Redmi Note 3 (32GB ROM 3GB RAM), it's a great phone though I don't like the hybrid SIM Slots and non removable battery..

khupboi, 13 Dec 2016Does it have a problem in playing FIFA games?I just tried one of the graphics intense games mordern combat 5, it runs fine,without any issue on Galaxy On8.I have not tried Fifa but i guess fifa is less resource hungry so will run smooth.

Pl... moreIf you want better screen,On8 because it has super amoled and full hd.But full Hd means you ll have to sacrifice a bit of gaming performance since the gpu has to process double the number of pixels.J7 has half hd screen so graphics hungry games run better on that

Front camera really shines as it has a flash,so night selfies don't sck as do with even many high end phones.About gaming, the weakest point of this phone is its GPU.its mali 720 mp2.Works great with games I play, like train simulator and Moto games.But with Galaxy On8 i doubt you ll get the gpu performance comparable to a snadragon 810 or 820 which is on high end samsung phones.This is the only drawback,but for this price range there is not much reliable option.The closes is 20k for one plus 2 but it doesnt has VoLTE

The only thing keeping me away from buying this or any samsung phone is "Amoled display" & "TFT display"..........i dont like AMOLED cause the colours look unnatural.........and samsung makes TFT display for non-amoled phones which is not better than IPS displays........Samsung should make IPS displays
