Connected my phone with a PC, shortly my phone did not respond. Now it wont even start up, Im using a Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo S5310 .Help if you have any clue as to how I can solve this

cheap phone, fell a couple of times but the screen dont break, when I call someone calls I have to wait 5 secs for the screen to switch on so i can answer. when i want to unlock, i have to wait 5 secs for the screen to light up. when i type i often type wrong keys cause the buttons are quite tiny. its a cheap but reliable phone that does what you need it at its own pace. if you looking to save money, perfect just be patient.

holding one of the buttons on the phone will let you close apps that you didnt not terminate proper way just slide them or press the pop up button to close them all. Otherwise use the back key to leave apps few times instead of (go to) home screen button on the middle

keep some free storage space and you will have no problem with speed ...other than that and the small display ....no complain

Do not buy this phone, as the screen size is tiny. The 512MB RAM is slower than I can stop Gaben!

These people don't know what they are talking about.
I have had this phone since it was released and I am still using it, it is good phone and can text and call.
Just because it has youtube and games does not mean it has to function these apps like a computer, so don't expect so much out of a 50 dollar phone and MijnGezicht, your a troll.
things are not pixilated and there has been one important auto update.
So if your looking for a useful cheap phone, think about the samsung galaxy pocket neo

This phone is so sluggish, even some Nokia's can beat it! In 2014, I had one of these, but only for a year. Waste of £50-70 and 850MHz on Jelly Bean?! Still 2nd lasting phone I ever had. It's basically a 3", 850MHz and a 4GB model of the S3! It has one of the best camera apps ever, TouchWiz is still pushing its small 512MB ram and who wants Androse 8 running on this thing?

The phone is cheap. And that's were it ends.
I wouldn't recommend this phone for anyone.
It's slow, to small (in my opinion) and stays behind on updates. Ever sinds I bought the phone back in 2013 the phone received exactly zero updates.
The screen is pretty bad to. The resolution is about 360p at max. It makes everything look very pixelated.
If you want a good but cheap phone, avoid this one at all costs.

I am using the standard Samsung Keyboard. When I typing a text message and want to put in an emoticon smiley face, there is NO option to opend the emoticon menu. To the left of the spacebar is the tab for settings. If you hold this tab, then there are only three ather tabs available but none is the emoticons like on my Samsung Galaxy Core Prime. It meens I cannot put an emoticon inside a menu. Only at the start. How can I get this right
