quite the best phone i've ever had
-small and portable unlike other big and bulky phones
-large memory for installing apps
-easy to switch between apps
-can hide unneccessary icons on the menu. leaving the most used and important ones
NOT recommended for FB/internet users
yes it's quite frustrating at first but once you get used to it, you'll definitely love it. :3

These so called smartphone pocket neo doesn't wanna download anything from Google play
The error message says ...Error while retrieving information from sever
[RPC: S-7 : AEC-0]

I have just got the galaxy neo after reading the opinions which mostly had bad reviews but then again each Samsung phone has a different style of using it that all depends on the user and you have to be patient with this one and the other small models and overall i still would rate a 7 out of 10 for this one , its quite ok once you get used to it

To me its a very good phone as far as i use i have downloaded games softwares and etc without hassle and my battery lasts for more than 5 hours guess so some problem with your device so hard reset it get a new battery for yourself and you would also enjoy it peoples
