Samsung galaxy pocket has Low ROM which is 512MB only 444MB avaliable for use,therefore it can't handle jelly bean(Too much load)...Remember it is a low End smart phone,So please don't expect too much from it!..

Can someone who is familiar with the Samsung Pock... moreYes your phone will work perfectly fine,no need to backup any original application(that comes with your Galaxy) as they won't be deleted.But if you have download some of application and you'd like to have them again,no need to create a backup via PC...just Go to play store and download backup file(only if you want to backup some of application that you've installed),that's where you can backup all your new application on your Memory card and then remove your memory card.Now your are free to do whatever you like with your Galaxy,the is no harm at all!

clio, 02 Oct 2013it says it has a usb port but it doesnt work. so samsung is... moreu r right,it doesn't support the usb when u connect to the pc and freezing is the daily habbit and finish airtime or data unexpected.samsung must go to the drawing board and fix the problem

Hello friends of the galaxy :)
I have a brand new phone: Samsung Galaxy Pocket Plus (S5301). Yay! I fell in love as I unwrapped the box! It is beautiful!
Now before I use my FIRST smartphone, the smart thing to do is to ask for your help. So.....if I download and run the Advanced Mobile Care app on my S5301 phone, BUT if I don't create a backup file for all the original apps that came with the new phone, what would likely happen then?? Would my phone still work fine? Would my strategy enhance my new phone, or damage it internally?
1) I'd like to install and run AMC to enhance and protect my phone (as I've read about that here on the forum).
2) Then I'd restart my phone.
3) Then I'd like to download WhatsApp.
Are those steps ok for my S5301??
Guys, my computer is down and that means I can not create any backup files for my mobile on the p.c.
I'm really trying to not be afraid of my Android...lol. I hope it won't bite me back. Someone smart please help me do this right.
