I love this phone very much but the problem am facing now is, I can't see my pictures in the gallery and can't see my music too in the music player. Then also my phone keeps vibrating randomly

Just hard reset that will do the thing not just factory reset if you dont know it just watch on youtube

For Laggy and hanging and auto vibration issues back up your apps via apk's if you want. if you dont want itjust hard reset phone if you dont know it just try to watch on youtube then wella no lagging issues any more hanging and auto vibrate

My S5300 has served me since 2012. However i cannot use whatsapp since when I receive a message it goes off. what is the problem.

to update software go to settings and then about. The top option is "update software" click on it and just follow along as it checks for updates. I have had mine since 2012 and still love it!

289 is not sufficient for sync such apps like Facebook , Twitter , Whatsapp etc. keep your divine all updates free. It may be stops vibrating .
