Hi got my Samsung 5300 two weeks ago and once i connect to a pc using the usb cable it says on the phone "USB connected" but it does not connect to the PC...i have tried giong to computer on the PC and it does not show in the list of disks in the PC...please help!

This is the worst Samsung I have ever owned. Battery life is crap, it has been in for repairs twice and will be going in again today.

Kgotsi, 17 Oct 2012How do I clear telephone numbers on the phone without doing... morego to contacts then hit the menu soft key and select delete - from there you have the option of selecting the contacts that you want to delete

why they would ask? because you cannot bring a personal computer with you all the time. kudos to that if you can. because laptops are pretty expensive to buy. because it is more convenient in terms of portability compared to any computers.
