pls guys dont buy sg pocket or Y or ace...these sets have limited choice of apps because of its low resulation and cpu..thats why these phones dont support games like temple run,asphalt and so on...i have bought galaxy pocket 2 months ago nw i decided to sell it..its btr to buy xperia mini pro or x8 which support much more apps than these galaxy sets...

munna, 17 Sep 2012but i used nokia 5233 symbian for 1 year. it had no problem... moreman you can do it! multitasking is the most important thing in android! just make sure to not make the ram full here ( it is samsung fault not android) or just buy xperia mini or sony ericsson live with walkman!)

the best phone with 3gb mem internal, then the RAM
i wish it will update the OS :)
over all is very good!
rather than SGY and LG L3
choose this!
no problem in this phone
but slight issue when i off the phone then open it will restart.? it this natural?

To answer your question directly: NO, the 3GB does not help in performance.

Get the Pocket, or move up to Xperia Tipo. Or, actually you should move up to Tipo in any case, its a lot more phone for the money, with twice the screen resolution, Android 4.0, twice as fast processor, +++. The Tipo has greatness you will not find in any other budget phone, even HTC Explorer is put to shame by the cheaper Tipo.

Can somene tell me about its R... moresamsung galazy pocket is excelolent with internal memory of 3 gb with all functions of the android phone which one looking for, but the bad thing is that its battery work for only 2 hours max if you use the internet and other applications.
for this reason i want to sell it after 2 months now...........

I have samsung galaxy pocket postpaid plan, but i have some query about its effectiveness of its antenna signal, mine is always on emergency call mode. it seems that it always searching for a cell site. thus this case can be repair/fix on setting? I need some idea from anybody... thanks

More RAM helps, then apps wil not close as fast. 1 gigabyte is good for multitasking, 512MB is not enough also and the Pocket doesnt even have that much.

battery doesnt hold long
