[deleted post]It's not really expensive. Think of it as a Galaxy Mini with an upgraded processor. And yes, it can play youtube videos (Through the Youtube app)
It's a good basic droid phone if you want a taste of smartphones with very good social integration (Facebook and twitter apps rock big time) and third party messenger apps comparable (except for number of users) to BBM.
Although for just a bit more, you can get the Ace or even an Xperia mini (MUCH better camera and social integration IMO) If you can save up, I would suggest getting the middle class droid phones, but the Pocket is indeed a very good beginners droid phone.

this phone is a piece of crap which u can throw it away . when ever i have any new samsung phone i always have trouble hang and the battery ( the smartphone only ) then i got htc explorer i dont have that trouble hang or battery
trust me you dont want to waste yr money on samsung . samsung phone suck their korea technology no good at all

I bought samsung gal. pokt about a week ago,i am very satisfied with its performance.it is compact and light phone .It has all features and also with same quality as other samsung android mobile in the range of 10k and above. Only cons. is that it has low resolution screen, but it's not bother me.
Overall it is a very handy phone for those who can compromise with its small qwerty keypad which is fitted in 2.8" screen.

Frndzz u all know,this phone supports arm6 processor,poor resolution,less pixel density and android 2.3.
But before buying this crap, take a look at sony xperia tipo,which is their latest release. What you get is a new and stylish phone,better resolution(320*480) which support many apps,new processor(same as of htc explorer) which can support adobe flash,gpu for gaming,dual sim functionality,vga video recording,and top of that a thing which neither this piece of shit or explorer gives you... Latest android...4.0.4.and this tipo will be around rs 8,000.
Not beleive me.ok search on google and then look for urself.
Its shipping in quarter 3 of 2012,so you will have to wait a little.
But for little wait u r getting best product in this price range. So descision is urs, wanna play on xperia or cry with this shit.
Make gud use of ur money as if u buy this now, u gonna cry later if you see xperia tipo in some other hand some time later.

But some phones like HTC Explorer, etc. have ARMv7 processor, which supports more apps like Mozilla Firefox, Adobe Flash Player 11, etc............. ARMv7 processor is new, and more-advanced.
