Samsung Galaxy Pocket has 384mb RAM...................... Though it has 3gb internal memory, but (like other phones) the Samsung Company does not provide any FREE memory card in the box of this Lilliput-phone.....................Samsung Galaxy Pocket is an overpriced mobile with less and less features (small-screen, low-3g-speed, poor-battery-backup, etc.)............................It is worthless buying at the almost similar price of Samsung Galaxy Y. Its price should be significantly much lower than its superior elder-brother- Samsung Galaxy Y.........................Hopefully, the price of this Galaxy Pocket is decreasing day by day (making it pocket-friendly and a value-for-money phone for all).

dont be funny. its the deal. High performance = High price...... Low performance = Low price. if you wanna best performance & price, please buy Galaxy S3, dont buy this phone. peace

*screen size obviously y has larger(0.2") screen
*display colors> i think pocket has 65K color display
*RAM: How much ram the pocket has? 290mb? 384mb? I hav NO idea
pocket has 3GB memory so its price should be high than Y. But price dcreasd. Quite interesting. If any1 already bought this phone, wil plz tel me the am0unt of RAM? RAM? RAM ?

hey guys,
Just bought Samsung Galaxy Pocket,its superb. just what i want, 3gb internal memory, 832mhz processor, long battery life, smallest galaxy android,low range price.
and one thing, internal memory is the biggest boost in this set, and it means alot, which can compete with many other samsung android sets available in the market.

It is not a storage, it is just memory for application to be process..better enroll for i.t. Courses if you want more specific definition of RAM.. What matters now is why they market RAM? Higher the RAM, faster? Maybe..think of this.. You have a car, you have a v8 engine, a sportlike car style but no aerodynamics, only cater 1 liter of gas on his tank, weighs 4 ton chasis, how far that car will go?
wat im trying to say is that ram alone will not run your smartphone.. Go to your nearest phone shop and try those phone ... Test drive it.. or better buy a phone just for call and text, buy a ipad or tablet pc to attract robbers.. Este for RAM..

I read all the comments, now i wana share some important info. that Galaxy is a gr8 series by the samsung co. if you compare galaxy Y5360 with pocket then all the specs are same except Internal memory Jz .2 Screen Length is less then Y5360 i will suggest you all to buy the Pocket that is best phone with gr8 internal memory n other specs and Android Market is availble there in This cell phone u can get any software free of cost from Market

Hi, I just bought a samsung galaxy Y last may 5 and bought a galaxy pocket yesterday
galaxy pocket has a smaller screen, so it will be harder for people who uses the qwerty option for texting. also, pocket do have a slower internet connection speed. best example is the google play.
galaxy Y has a faster download and upload speed than pocket. galaxy Y is a lot better than pocket.
