When you get into recovery mode, the touchscreen is not working that time and you gonna choose 'wipe data/factory reset' by Volume down button and select with Home button. After done resetting the phone, choose 'reboot system now'. There you go but everything in your phone except the SIM is wiped unless you remove the SD Card before you reset it.

Its so simple.
Turn your phone off, press the volume +(up) key and the menu key simulatenously together then press the power key all three combined.
It will power on in a boot way then choose on the options but the bad thing with this you will lose your installed software but your music + videos + images wont be affected meaning it wont affect the SD Card.

I am using this phone from 1 year, this is very good for me. i haven't noticed any problem, the net speed is very good sound quality is well, but camera is not so good, battery life is awesome. Not hangs like another androids.
All over this is value for money.

if you are looking for an entry level budget smartphone,i recommend this because i used it for 9 months.the touch is pretty smooth.camera is an average 2mp.i installeda lots of apps and games,some big games lag but all apps run smoothly.you cannot play high quality videos,they lag.clear audio quality.only has 2.6gb available in internal memory.has an average battery life.for the budget price range samsung has done a good job.but for ones seeking good resolution,fast performance and good gaming this phone is not good.thank you

Hi! I have probz on my phone.example..i want to read a msg.it take few minutes to open it & b4 it will open it will go back first to homepage!u need to click again the msgs to open it.what happend to my phone?I already deleted all app & clear all history & cache but still the same.what should i do?

I have ugraded my phone to ICS and its working fine.
Note : If you dont use custom ROM's your phone will lag....

I am using it since 16 months now.
Its good and can be upgraded till ICS if rooted but is very difficult to find the right update files.
