Don't ever buy this, this is the most dangerous device, why? Imagine your self in an emergency situation, you wanna call somebody, you bring the key pad start typing, suddenly it goes back to the home menu, you do this 1000 more times and it again suddenly goes back to home menu. then you try to text somebody instead, tap on message menu, you start writing the text, suddenly it goes back to the home menu, you go to contacts tap to call, it doesn't call!, this time you wanna give it another try to text, you make sure it stays on the text state, then you start typing, it doesn't type!!! then you realize you need to restart the phone, but who are we kidding, if anything was about to happen it would have happened already, there wouldn't be any time for restarting!

ok ,i like ma phone cause it help in many ways,long time i used to go to church with bible but nowadays no.i can read through ma phone,i can watch videos and do many things.as fi me i have never seen any problem i like ma phone.

ave, 18 Jun 2013my galaxy pocket is not opening even i charge it it doesn't... morewhen my samsung galaxy pocket is i open you see the welcome note of gts 5300 samsung but my phone is hang in 5 to 10 seconds then shotdown and open hang again...what can i do?pls help me

i didnt turn it off,then removed the battry,then turn it on and it displayed "safe mode" on the bottom left of thn screen..why did it do that??

Why is it I get a notification for a software jpdate, that Fails every time I try and do it!, so when I click Cancel installation it STILL tells me I need to update? I have tried it through the PC and notthing, if I click to install it fails every time? Am getting really frustrated with it grrrrrrr

well I cannot even get a an Instruction manual from Souther Phone, have to download fm the net but it insists I do not have adobe, ok download it then....dialogue box, there is a problem...never again had enough of being told look it up on the net.

Shiehaam, 19 Jun 2013I have a problem, my loose signal very quickly and have to ... moreIt happens the same to me, my problem is that in the city i live 3g network doesnt work well at all, so frecuentlly i hace no signal problem, so i use 2G (or gsm) You cans still use whats app, facebook notifications, mail . But if you want yo search things on internet you will have to change to 3g again, because gsm is to slow fot that
