Love the Phone,size great, easy to use, Android better than cinbian. My only complaint is THE BATTERY LIFE SUCKS have to charge phone more than once a day sometimes.

When I go to the keypad screen and type in 100,enter, a picture of a lock appears saying Doubleclick to unlock. This I do and before I can follow my service providers request to select an option, the message Double-click to unlock reappears. Lastly,the message also reappears and I have to double-click again to be able to access the disconnect icon. Something is not right. Can you assist?
