Anonymous, 07 Mar 2013wow, hold on buddy. no one blaming samsung here. fanboy can... morewith my experience using this handset, i have no problem at all! i just reboot it once since i bought this about two months ago and it really works fine.. browsing is fast and decent, bluetooth works perfectly, also the music player, though i can't play HD games but still i love this phone! if you're a gamer, then this is not a handset for you.. just sayin' buddy, no hates! :)

tamara, 07 Mar 2013all phone companies also do defective phones (nokia, lg, so... moreif you have 50% of the same phone having defect, you should think otherwise. Even the service center is free, it's the time and effort that you cannot repay the customers. So what if you have service center that took you to visit them 3 times and still getting no improvements?
PS: no one is blaming samsung, just this phone sucks big time.

Yeah it may be defective thats why there are service centers so why get mad if you can bring it to service center for free? and Im not mad im just explaining for what is right

also having warranty doesnt mean that they are excuse for producing defect products.

I admit... moreDont think samung can fix the isuses based on a low cost ph.again this morning the alarm was a isuse.this is the second ph of this model ive had as took first one in with same problems.as a working man on the road unable to get to a charger half a day battery life with minimal use is not good.was my fault as i should of forked out extra money for better ph.good ph for school kid or first time user.nothing wrong with samsung brand

sano, 05 Mar 2013i have problem with my phone,the battery doesn't last a day... moreget a screen lock and off for when not in use the screen eats battery power also get a battery saver program this will extend the battery life to 2-3 days

I admit I also experience the same as you but that doesn't mean that I should hate Samsung for that maybe that is the issue for some galaxy pockets then bring it in the service center what's the use of 1 year warranty if you will not use it right?

Had this phone for a month now an i can honestly say dont waste your money on it.have to turn it of and on for the internet to work as seems to stop working.if you pick up ph wrong in the morning it can turn of your alarm rather than snooze it.so slow.an its disconnected from my phone company twice makeing me have to reset.an not compatable with a number of apps i wanted to play

Am I the only one who's having the problem of not receiving messages from numbers that are not registered on my phone/sim card? The phone has been with me for months and I just realized it. I know it's my device's problem. Please can someone help me?

The phone is amazing, i just bought one for myself and all i can say is Samsung Galaxy Pocket S5300 rocks big time.
