The Dual Core and Quart Core don’t matter to the performance.
S-III has Quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A9 where as Premier got 1.5 GHz Dual-core ARM Cortex-A9.
Having 4 core (like in S-III) doesn’t mean processor speed is doubled. Always check the Core speed
not the number of Cores.
Don’t think Premier perforce is a matter in comparison with S-III.
In fact it’s a advantage TI-OMAP4 on which premier is based on is known for power
efficient (less consumption) and more over dual cores eat less battery.

too late and to much money for this phone-500euro.my old 7" cninese tablet jxd p300 for 150dollars do same jobe-he have cortex a9 dual core cpu and gpu-powervr sgx531-series 5.and have 3g,blutooth,and gps.and big advantage-usb/otg/ recocnize all-flasshdrive ntfs ,sata hard,keyboard cartreader,camera.if i buy phone I"ll give my money for phone with gpu-adreno222.gpu of this samsung is series 5xt sgx544 from june 2010.

why wouldn't you just buy the s3 if u like it..??why wait for this..??price is the same , u just don't get quad-core, u get just dual..what 4?? ussles phone..!!
