I am using the same phone since july 2011. It is great phone no major problem, I have faced till today, however the battery get changed before 3 months. it is a great phone ovrall.

I have this phone for the last two years, it is still working fine, no softwaer problems, can handels calls well, clear sound quality, whats up is working well.using push mail for work emails which is great advantage, it supports up to 4 email accounts, the messaging is great, it has group messages, work etc.the battery life is poor i had to replace the battery few months back, and it will not last long, you have to keep a charger at home, work and in your car. I can google and watch you tube, but can not play all movies format as it has No adop flash. No support for skype. the camers is very good has sensitive and clear pictures, but there is no flash, it good to use at day time. phone speed is avaerage as the RAM is only 800. the memory is very limited, thus you can only download your immediate need application, only few. can play games from play store, but can not handel big size games due to small memory of the phone, even with using external meomory still not able to exceed 2g.the bluetooth signal ais week also the WIFI reception is week, GPS reception is good, but you can not download GPS softwaer due to the limited memory, otherwsie you have to delet most of your other appointements. I did not try to root the phone yet. I may do so just to explore and have the experience; it will be risk taking to do rooting on a new phone, thus will use myB 7510 PRO as test device. am happy with having touch screen and keyboard in same time, it is helpfull if you do emails and messages for work. the mobile is simple and easy to use, but it is not capable to provide much of watching movies or playing games or video calls. the price tag is very cheap compared to other phones like S3 or S4. Samsung can attract alot of other customer using devices from othe competitors like black berry or Nokia, by providing similar phone like PRO B7510, having the softwaer of S4 integrated in touch screen and keyboard device, making sure to avail excellnet navigation keys and proper screen size. such a device will eat a big shar from the market with the proper marketing campain. samsung should move fast and avoid the same situation that Nokia placed it self in, being stagnant and affraid from innovation and exploring new technology or softwaer or design. the key success is moving step by step but some times the one step can be a leap; doing two much research within a short time frame can save a lot of time for the long run and generate alot of ideas that can be implemented and generate competitive advantage and proper position for the future. HTC may move in this direction if financial constrains will be removed. all mobile phone makers move some time in empty circule, thus customers will be lost and given the choice to change product.

mohit, 02 May 2013yes i have to upgrade 2.2.2 to 2.3 but how? kies don't hav... morethe official upgrade through kies, i think you'll not find it. what i recommend, is that you find someone who does upgrade software for phones & he can upgrade your phone. good luck.

Its supports all. Its supports skype also. Only no video calling due to no front camera. But its superb.

This phone is good but It has some problems with performance, CPU is slow and the density of display is very low.
It is upgradeble to Gingerbread, it doesn't support skype, because there is no frontal camera.

Pinto, 05 Jul 2013my fon has been restarting. i want to know what is causing that.Go in the Settings menu, find "only use 2g" in connection settings and select it. Most probably it will stop restarting.
