As for Nokia's take on not getting android, they spent a lot of hours thinking of an excuse NOT to get android. They said before they wouldn't take windows but what are they doing now? Symbian OS has been DATED. It'll seize to exist in a few years. What's nice about android is that i have the FREEDOM to choose which phone to get that suits me the most. Not dictated by 1 brand alone who comes out with phones every 2-3 months with almost the same features.
Now think about that.

Is mettalic gray and platinum silver colours same? I am looking for colour shown on this site.... I have asked in every store in delhi but they say only platinum silver is available. Please confirm. Thanks in advance

I bought this phone when i need a full qwerty phone with capactivie touch screen ( i was used with my xperia x8) and i am a big fan of android, the kind of simplicity and user friendly. I am very happy to have this wonderful phone. It has got very good battery life, nice browsing experience,a very good email client,nice qwerty keypads. Cons will be the display and compatibilty issue with some applications available in market. Some apps don't recognize the phone as default landscape mode, so it goes as potrait and you have to tilt your screen. Display is not that good, you can see that the letters and fonts are a bit blurred. But I would give this phone 8/10

Hi, this fone is greatly powered by android 2.2. hav installed all my games in memory card. the exterior is very plasticy but the keypad is very comfortable for typing. cam quality seems gud in outdoors but grains appear in indoor.
I got metallic grey color in "the mobilestore" chennai (t nagar) for 12,500RS.
Sound wise very loud. but no multitouch screen for zooming webpages n picture hav to do manually oly.
3g and wifi were great. youtube was possible in native browser. was able to open 40mb 300pgs pdf and read in think free doc viewer.
Angry birds rio and season r working fine with multitasking with other apps.
Batter alone lasts just 12hrs max even after all tweaks done. 279MB ram mobile( shows i task manager). 181 mb app memory on mobile.

My Samsung Pro Battery drains very fast. I tried all the tricks like turning off 3g ,wifi ,gps, brightness but it does not last more than 8 -10 Hrs.
Could you help to suggest how can I save more battery power.

AnonD-2607, 24 Apr 2011i love the phone..... perfect replacement for my nokia e71.... morehi .. can any Confirmed tht you can easily install new Apps .. & memory Space is no problem for install the Apps ?? .. i.e we transfer the Apps installation on memory card easily Or the internal memory is huge enough to accommodate many Apps
i m asking this bcoz i used Samsung Chat 322.. which was good but i cudnt install more than 2/3 Apps in it because its internal memory was small & it didnt transfer the installation on the Memory Card also.So it created a lot Prob for me Since i m App Freak who uses alot of Apps in my mob ...

Can we send group msg's as we send in nokia mobiles.
How is de web browsing in this mobile.
Can we able to chat in Facebook directly without using any other softwares like in original galaxy.
Does de keypad is worthwhile like nokia e71 n e72 keypad.
