Because you bought its a used phone sometimes problems come with it. You can flash it through odin and install it yourself. But things can go wrong if not knowing what to do. So that would be last resort. Just keeping checking everyday for update. It might take few weeks before you get it. If not them contact samsung and explain to them.

I just bought a used S10+ s... moreI guess you brought an Carrier locked phone or non update model, try factory reset and try again for the update, if it does not work then you have to update it manually and that will be a tough one to explain, first see if you can get it from a factory reset otherwise I will guide you with manual update.

I have edge lightening green for whattsapp. I've email, Gmail, most apps notification using diff colour edge lightening . I like that feature:)

Also its very fast when on the Internet. Fast at opening apps. Ive my display set at 80% because the display is so good. Camera is amazing. Watching videos and listening to music is great. Sound is amazing with the Dolby atmos. I like you can have captions while watching YouTube video. I've nothing bad to say about s10 plus. Im very happy with it:)

Maggi, 10 Jun 2020Also with few s20 features that came with june update makes... moreS20 is really ugly phone in my opinion, so I don't plan to change S10 Plus for other Samsung phone maybe next 2 years minimum. I'll stick with S10 Plus as much as I can.

Im.glad you... moreI'm very excited for that and very happy, I really like this phone, and Exynos is amazing, on my 3rd charge I got 4+ hours SOT and still on 52 percent... It's amazing battery life. This phone's battery refuses to die... :D

[deleted post]Don't complain here. Complain to samsung. I dont have problems on mine. Lots of users have no problems. Theres obviously something wrong with your phone. Maybe you got sold a dud phone. I dont know.
