Aleks, 12 May 2020You can disable what app you like with disabler pro samsung... moreYeah. But there are samsung apps that need to stay in phone as they are needed. I would be very weary of disabling apps that were put in the phone for a reason being that you can't uninstall them or disable them normally. So i only disable or uninstall the ones I dont use. As for performance this phone is amazing. Its very fast from opening apps to surfing Internet etc. So no problems with speed. But I'm sure like yourself other users might use that method..

scorpio, 11 May 2020Hi Maggi just reading your advice to reboot the phone once ... moreHi scorpio. No. You wont lose any information when rebooting your phone. The apps ive personally disabled are Dictionary, Reminder, samsung Daily, Tips, kids home ( I use that that in my tablet)and upday. Ive uninstalled play movies, There are ones you can also uninstall like samsung music, video although i use those. But if you dont then you can uninstall them. Just go through your apps and see what you dont use. The ones that need to stay in the phone like samsung pass, etc . Most samsung apps cant be disabled. You need them in your phone. Ive disabled facebook as i use it on my tablet now. Google play books can be uninstalled if you dont use it. Samsung Health can be uninstalled if you dont use it. I think thats it?.......

Maggi, 08 May 2020Hi enuma. After upgrading go into recovery mode and clear ... moreHi Maggi just reading your advice to reboot the phone once per week, is there a danger of losing any information on the phone. Also I have been very tempted to try to either disable or delete various Samsung pre-installed apps because there are just so many of them but I have always hesitated because I don't understand what they do and therefore I may muck up the performance of the phone. How can I find out what to either un-install or disable. Also similarly with Google, there are 8 different apps, and for Samsung 18 apps.

enuma, 07 May 2020Please after the upgrade my phone has been heating up, what... moreHi enuma. After upgrading go into recovery mode and clear cache partition. Also check that an app expecially with ads are causing the heating in your phone. If you don't use it much put it into deep sleep or uninstall it. Reboot your phone once a week by holding power button with volume down at same time. Because of the amazing display in this phone I've mine set to 80%. Its bright enough at that percentage. Disable any apps you can't uninstall that you don't use. You will see what can and can't be disabled. Let me know if this helps..

Splitfire, 08 May 2020My 4n drains batter soosner and gets heat up soon.. do this... moreYou should clear cache partition after update. I.always do that after updates . Also try rebooting your phone. This can sometimes help. I reboot mine once a week. Its good for battery. . Try going through your apps as you.can have a rougure app. That can cause problems. If all else fails then factory reset your phone. Backup your data before doing it. Do not use phone while on charge as this can cos it to heat up. Hope this helps.

Super Presh, 08 May 2020Good. That's the exact real life use time that I'm getting ... moreI have comment to you that because for some reason your battery is draing 1% in 5mins then there is something wrong with it. As for that silly remark you put in your comment kingdom come hinting that users who don't have that problem are lying? Like I've said before everything in a phone from. apps to.internet youtube? Calling, messing etc etc etc EVERYTHING needs the use of battery. Now i about 1% in 5mins your losing are you on youtube or on Internet sending mgs or making calls? Even on idle mode apps work in background. WiFi? Mobile data etc. Screen uses more battery. The display on this phone is really good. But uses battery
Now I do not have the problem.your having. Try resetting it. Or clearing cache partition to see if that helps. But do not think that because other users who don't have that problem that thier not telling the truth. I find the battery good and I go on my phone on and off during the day. But let's face it there's no magic battery out there.
