But when I get a message or missed call, my phone does not vibrate when I pick it up. Please where do I turn vibration on? Is there any where to turn vibration on? Was just reading that s10 plus, s10 , note 10 will be getting the one UI 2.1 update soon. It will have the features of changing chats colour in messages and putting diff wallpaper in messages to. Reminds me of note 1 that had that feature. Seems samsung are rewinding back with that feature.

So I dont understand why your having this problem. You may have faulty handset. Like I said better to take it in for service. Dont let it go on for too long as it may get worse. Hope you get the problem solved.

Two of you in the same area with the same problem sounds a little "strange". So return both phones to Samsung. They are under warranty.
