Since I got the s10 I'm having this issue. I've replaced the simcard and still the same. I was reading some articles regarding to this and apparently is an issued already reported to samsung.

      By the way, does somebody experiencing a Feature for Facebook notification ? Im getting this notification so many times a day.

Hold the volume up Bixby button and power button all at once until Android logo comes up and then release buttons. Press volume down to wipe cache partition and use power key to select. After wiping cache partition press on reboot system now. Your phone will start.

At the top of forum in specs it gives you list across the top. Check which model you have and it will tell you. Or just google your model and it will say whether yours is Exynos 9820 or snapdragon.

                  enuma, 27 Dec 2019good day, please how do i know which chipset my s10+ belong... moreI downloaded a 3rd party app from playstore called "Device info HW" it gives all the information about your device, I got to know mine is Exynos 9820.

                    This is my first Samsung phone which really really loud!! I've to turn down the notification sound as well as the call volume cause it's toooo loud :-) love using the S10+ it has everything you need in a smartphone (a lot more to explore though) :-D

                              I really like the calls and texts feature which allows me to use my tablet to send texts and recieved calls. That feature came with pie. So its handy if my phone is in another room I wont miss calls or texts. Good to have:)

                                    Just ordered a skin & a camera ring (for camera protection) online now i can use my S10+ without any case as it already has a tempered glass on. Time to show off :-D Love it!!
