So I dont have screen protector on mine. I bought few good ones. But I find the phone is not very responsive with it on. And dust collects in between the screen and protector. But I use a case when out. It depends if you drop your phone a lot yes then use screen protector I'm very careful with my phones. But I use a case when out.

    enuma, 16 Dec 2019please how do u do hard reset? urgent, my android 10 update... moreYou can also boot your phone into recovery mode . Hold Bixby key and volume up and power button all at once and and follow the instructions. But factory reset first.

      My s+10 just stop being hot, totally cool now, just about one hour again, but for over 36 hours was usually very hot. Any one with such experience too?

        what i love most is the one-handed mode, so so sweet. Worst my battery is draining fast and phone hot. What should i do to correct the battery draining and hot?

          enuma, 16 Dec 2019please how do u do hard reset? urgent, my android 10 update... moreYou can back up your stuff to memory card or computer. Then remove it from your phone. Then go into settings - scroll down to General management . You press reset and then scroll down to factory reset.

Best ... moreI have installed UV tempered curve glass protector I have no issue, upgraded to Android 10 and have same as your SOT and have no problems except when we put Animator scale on 0.5 from Developer option then on recents app and when you go to another app the apps hit each other and bounce comes with lag, so I have kept it on 1 orginally till samsung makes it more smoother otherwise update is fine and ready for action.

                    Updated to android 10. Battery life around 6hrs screen on time. How about yours?

                    And anyone using the phone without screen protectors? Any issues?

                        i got yesterday Android 10 in my S10+ in Saudi Arabia after almost half day normally its lock after that i can't unlock my phone i had tried many many times then i Hard Factory reset it v painful for me i lost lots of things

                          HardReset will help to clean wipe Data and clear caches from root level try this to get ur phone work like BEAST

                              updated mine today. internet stopped working. cannot open the app, always crashes, even after clearing the cache. hope samsung pushes a fix soon, for an essential app to crash after the update is very disappointing..

It seems that after sales support in your area must be non existent which is surprising. I would have thought that if your carrier is unwilling to co-operate then direct contact with Samsung should bring results. Very strange and totally unsatisfactory. I am assuming of course that you have gone back to your place of purchase.

But if your not sure about it just wait a while before downloading it. My battery is good now. Like the extra features. Just have to wait to get my paid themes updated. Apart from that everything seems fine. Like the diff edge lighting that's been added as I use it for mgs , email, gmail and other notifications.

                                      Android 10 seems to be running smoothly. I'm really liking the extra features in it. So I'm pleased I updated. Battery seems as good as it was on pie.

Bringing it into an AT&T shop has not worked, and the online portal hasn't helped much either. Unless you have another suggestion, how about keeping things civil, eh? As it is an unlocked phone, I'm not sure there is much my carrier is willing to do. And there are no Samsung service facilities in my area.
