Still didn't get the Sep update Exynos variant - India, does anyone have any solution.

Androidaddict28, 28 Sep 2019Well sounds like you are careless.. My questions are 1. ... morewell, to answer your gloomy story.
    1. If you come from a developing country, buying a screen protector and protecting case shouldn't be any problem. Different with the place that I live, over here, good screen and phone guard can cost as much as a one week meal outside the house. My S10+ is a gift so I have to get the best guard available(better safe than sorry).
    2. Maybe for upcoming phone purchase, ask yourself. Do I need such an expensive or high end phone?

Maggi, 29 Sep 2019S10+ came with pre installed screen protector. If you want ... morethe pre-installed screen guard is weak. I can see some scratches, lines etc. yes, you are right, my screen guard has a special designed hole in the fingerprint area(maybe the maker knew). I don't know it at all until after it was fitted. OMG, becomes so ugly. Normally, high end phone is not my target because the accessories can cost as high as a new unknown mobile phone here in my country.

If you want to replace it make sure you buy one that will work with ultra sonic fingerprint. Also you can buy good cases on amazon. Ive bought a few. Very good and sturdy and protects phone if dropped.

            My questions are
            1. Are you using a good branded case like Spigen?
            2. Are you using a good screen protector like IQ Shield Screen Protector?
If no, then you'll fix the phone on every drop. If you go for other brands, I believe you'll experience the same

I have this phone and in 6 months broke the screen once and screen guard 4 times, mind you only phone where I am having issues till date. Thinking of switching to other brand as it's a poorly designed model. Heartbreaking to see my savings and trust go in drain by samsung.

I see. Then I will lean towards the S10+, since it's newer, too (most likely will get Android 11, while the S9+ won't). Thank you for answering!

I use edge lighting for notifactions like mgs, email, whattsapps using diff colours. . So i dont miss the led light. As far as screen protector goes the s10+ comes with preinstalled with one. Because of the ultra sonic fingerprint you need to buy the right screen protector for the fingerprint to work. Unlike s9+ i can buy any screen protector. S10+ is nice phone. But theres not a major upgrade from s9 plus. I like them both. Camera on s10+ is better when taking photos. Also got update to camera with note 10 features. AR Doodle , dynamic lockescreen and few others.

I don't own this at first but a cousin who wishes to go for note 10 give this to me. He likes to use a flipcover(magnetic) and I see the screen colour is saturated easily. I have to get a screen protector and a case to prevent further damage. Probably in one or two years time, a "s14 or 15" will appear. This technology, we can't really follow it.

Hi. I have some questions for you Maggi, since you have both phones I'm considering to buy (s9+ and s10+).

How is the curve on these phones? Is it smaller on the s10+? Is it noticable even? (I didn't have a phone with a curved screen before, now using j5 (16))

Do you use some kind of notification led app for s10+?Is the s9+' true led better? I'd like the led on the s9+, but don't know if it's worth to buy it because of it, if a good app can handle it for the s10+ just as much.

I'm planning to buy either of the phones through a carrier, so price isn't that much of a factor here (both of them are expensive, duhh), and want to use a case and a good screen potector.

                        What are your thoughts?
                        Thanks for the answer.
