RAHIL, 05 May 2019I have heard from many persons that Samsung all smartphones... moreAfter S8, Samsung got their stuff together. Samsung UX / One UI has improved dramatically in terms of performance. They're able to optimise it properly. However, it still isn't as fluid as as Google's stock ROM or OnePlus OxygenOS but the speed is plentiful.
I have read many comments about their S8's, S9's and S10's being laggy but those are just the small crowd out of the many who have normally functioning phones. There are problems that can cause this such as faulty apps or slow internal storage speeds (due to heavy usage) which isn't really unique to Samsung. A simple restart, remove bloatware or factory reset should do the trick.
If you're still worried about the software, then you'll have to get your hands dirty and install custom ROMs. Now I'm not sure about the midrangers long term performance but I'm quite optimistic. I used to be a Samsung hater but when you think about it, they still have the best hardware for ages. Now I actually like them...except for the exorbitant prices of some.

If you're obsessed to zoom your photos than huawei p30 pro is better otherwise no other phone can compete Samsung Galaxy s10 plus.

s10 phone is the best phone in the market. There speakers are awesome plus the camera clarity plus the share power option is awesome

One of the features I personally like is the speakers which is the best out there. It's really impressive how Samsung and AKG are able to tune the speakers to its maximum potential.

Each one has some better features . Here is MY experience
S10+ vs Mate 20 Pro :
WAY better = Speakers, Video both selfie and rear camera, Dynamic range photos , Panorama photos, ONEUI vs emui, Headphone jack, Autorotate sensor ( in Huawei it takes 2 sec to respond) , Allways On Display - notiffications and options,
JUST Better = Display, Daylight photos, Ultra wide photos, More vivid color photos, Weight - lighter, Resale value, Premium image to other people ( 90% asked me about S10 vs 5% about Huawei...) , Display in sun light, Heart rate senzor, Darkmode, Photos shot suggestion mode - addictive, In display fingerprint sensor ( both are slower than a regular fingerprint. S10 DOESN'T work with wet finger as they pretend, BUT it is faster than Mate 20 Pro . I suggest to register same finger as 2 different fingers )
Mate20 Pro vs S10+ :
WAY better = Battery life ( S10+ exynos bearely makes it the entire day, when with Mate 20 Pro I still had 20-30% left) , Zoom Photos, Night mode, Ultra fast charging , Connectivity call signal, wi fi, lte , bluetooth, Ergonomics of buttons , Wide size of phone, IR Blaster,
JUST Better = Sharper photos, More natural photos colors , Cheaper, born fast stay fast ( as new after 5 months of heavy use. All my previous Samsungs were lagging after 4-5 months)

I just playing around with my brother's brand new S10+. Surprisingly the One UI still got the stutter & a bit laggy effects sometimes, just like older UI, especially upon unlocking & swipe to Bixby page. And he complains a lot about the FPS inconsistency.
Comparing camera image quality with my Mate 20, looks like Mate 20 a lot better, especially low lights. Display & video recording superior on S10+ though. But Mate 20 1080p video quality are neck to neck with the S10+.

So how much ram is actually used by the system and will be they be like 9 10 GB ram free
Does the apps hold in the ram for long time does it even use more than 5 GB in total
