If you mean it has the most versatility then I agree with you.
But if you only consider the main sensor images then it isn't actually better than the Pixel or Iphone in most situations.

Moe Gyi, 31 Jan 2019Is that a phone or what? Even my laptop has only 4GB RAM, lol.It's not that 12GB RAM is overkill for a phone. It's that your laptop is bad. I had a 4GB RAM laptop in 2017 year and it was unusable. Upgraded to 16GB and it changed everything. Using 4GB RAM in 2019 year feels like ancient technology. I am sure you don't want your music unloading from RAM and stopping after you press messenger notification because this is what happened on my 1.5GB RAM phone. Phones need more RAM than ever because apps are getting bigger and developers are too lazy to optimize them. I am tired of apps and browser tabs unloading and reloading. I am glad my PC has 64GB RAM so I don't have to deal with it. Waiting for 16GB RAM phones. It's never enough.

Still better and cheaper than Apple.
But nowhere as price effective as Mi9 will be - and I am sure it will be very similar to S10+, but for half the price.

I never thought Sammy would do such a thing. 4000mah is plenty enough for a normal user. If you need 5000mah, go for Huawei mate 20x with the latest Kirin 980 chip or take the recently released Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 with the snapdragon 660. Apparently, sd660 is quite good for gaming at 1080p.

The native color resolution is 10MP.
While the sensor can technically do 40MP, the details and especially colors will not be as good as a true 40MP sensor.
The quad bayer can help with some hdr tricks but it would have been a lor more useful if they would have used the same sensor size but with larger pixels. A 12MP 1/1.7 camera would be fantastic. That would mean being able to capture more light and lower noise by itself.
Sadly marketing campaigns take higher priority than actually using the laws of physics to create a better product. And 40MP headline is much easier to sell that an actually better sensor.

Anonymous, 28 Jan 2019hmmm, may be go to the apple or huawei product if the price... moreapple is overprice too my friend plus, they have too many restrictions and no micro sd card, huawei is getting expensive too, all smartphones are getting expensive, here's the thing , if you can afford a flagship go ahead and buy it, you cant afford a flagship buy a mid ranger simple as that my friend;)
