Akg111, 24 Jul 2021I need some help..I bought a brand new s10 plus from carton... moreCheck first in settings, Battery and device care, Battery then more battery settings that Fast Charging is enabled or not, if it is enabled then check your Charging brick and USB cable that it's original and on the brick it is written Adaptive Fast Charging and check if its connected correctly then check if it's giving you 1 hour and 30 minutes on 5% Charging.

V x A = Watt
Maximum 15 watt for the S10.
Or you can try an 18W adapter.

I need some help..I bought a brand new s10 plus from carton(unlocked by Samsung) with android 10 and one ui 2.5 out of the box but it takes forever to charge up(5.5 hours charging only 50%)is there somehow I can fix this?

I did and I have had no problems. It's just a security update. I can only advice you. Just because some users had problems after July update doesn't mean you will. . Dont be put of because of this. The choice is yours. Your phone is at risk without security.

Expecially since it hasn't been updated from January. This is July. Can I ask why have you not been updating ypur phone since January? Always keep it updated to the latest software and security.
