For the past years I always charge my battery to 100% but with all these rules I need suggestions guys. Tks God bless.

Samsung health, Samsung music player etc. Everything in the phone uses battery. Everyone is different in how they use theirs. If you play games yes battery will drain quicker if on 24/7. Can you explain how long your battery lasts from full charge? Like I keep saying to ppl rebooting t your phone once a week will keep battery good. And like I mentioned close tasks when done. Uninstall apps you don't use. Put apps that you don't use often to sleep. Go into device care and run it everyday. Small things like these really do help my friend.

Anonymous, 05 Dec 2020This or iPhone 8?This phone is better than 8 iPhones 8's. Truth is that iPhone 8 is outdated long time ago and it's like a toy but expensive one. S10+ is modern and powerful device with serious equipment for every task. I will never think to buy an iPhone 12, iPhone 8 come on LOL.

Screen brightness on Auto or manual adjustment in enviroment, AoD off through night all the time, 3G/4G switching(optional), optimal balanced battery mode vs performance vs agressive disabbling of functions and applications(optional), FHD/QHD switching(optional), Dark mode instead of usual, kill all runing services in Google Play services(developer options), disable all unnecessary apps from Google and Samsung. Biggest consumption is from SIM card that depends on good signal if it is bad then it is heavier battery drain.
I have balanced battery mode, QHD, Auto brightness, AoD off through night + AoD notify app , 4G data on, location on demand, bluetooth all day, I'm using Opera browser(Chrome and all bloatware from Google disabled + Samsung Internet and some apps disabled, and 3 times a day I clean in Battery section and kill all apps. I have 6 synchronised accounts and about 160 apps installed (about 460 with sytem apps) and I browse or watch TV 3.5 hours in day, have 2 hours of calls etc. Phone lasts 24hours without problems and drains from 100% to 25% and then I plug charger.
If you have unexplanational battery drain you should search on forums which sistem apps you should stop in running services(developer options) depends on your software version.

Put apps to sleep that you rarely use. Clear tasks when finished as they will run in background. With the display great on s10 plus set it to 80%. I've mine set to that. You can turn of AOD if your not bothered about it. Also wipe cache partion as this helps. Hope this helps.

Anonymous, 28 Nov 2020I buy this phone 4 months before I don't like because... moreYou have to rename SSID and password, sometimes is only solution or try factory reset on router. Also changing of WiFi channels in router settings can help. I never had problem on S10+ with connecting.

Francis, 26 Nov 2020After less than a year, this phone does not stay connected ... moreI own s10 plus over a year and have had no WiFi problems. Have you tried rebooting your phone? It could be a clinche and simple reboot will solve that. Also you can turn your WiFi router off and back on again and see if that solves your WiFi problem. If that fails you can try clearing your cache partion in recovery mode.

Francis, 26 Nov 2020After less than a year, this phone does not stay connected ... moreI have had my s10 for about 15 months and have both WIFI and mobile data enabled and have had no connection problems. The phone works seemlessly and is even paired to my Samsung LTE watch via WIFI and Bluetooth without any issues whatever. I would suggest having your phone checked out as it may just need a simple reset.
