Thanks for the review. I am considering buying Samsung Galaxy S10+ or A32 5G. It seems that S10 is a much better phone even though it's an older phone. The battery life seems to be better on A32 5G right?

Anonymous, 13 Aug 2022i am debating whether i should get this S10 or the A53 phon... moreI used the S10 from February to late June when it got stolen. It's on par with modern flagships only lacking 120hz and 5G.. aside these and the fact that Android 12 is the last update, it's a solid device that I can recommend to anyone. The screen is also big enough and at the same time compact with headphone jack inclusive.. it's a beautiful phone and I didn't plan to change my device for the next couple of years if not that it was stolen.. I haven't used the A53 so I can say anything about the phone except for the good reviews I've seen

                Very disappointed in this phone.

On a brand new S10 the battery lasts half the time of my S7 Edge's battery (when it was new). For comparison, I could play a certain game on my S7 Edge at least 8 hours without charging (now that game in question won't even run on my S7 Edge but that's another topic). I can't even imagine playing more than 4 hours, maybe even 3, on the S10 and not having to recharge. Also, battery charge drops to around 97% without any use 1-2 hours after full charge - with enabled battery saving mode, Wi-fi/data turned off, all apps closed and notifications disabled.

Another issue is the camera. Every time I try to use the camera I spend like 5 minutes trying to adjust the focus. Otherwise, photos come out blurry. And the phone's been like that since I bought it in 2019, I do not kid you. The camera just refuses to focus properly.

And my last grudge with this phone is the OS, I guess? Sometimes, I would be watching a video on YouTube, or playing the game in question, or doing just anything on the phone - it doesn't matter what, and the app I'm using would just force close out of nowhere. After that, all apps would refuse to launch and just force close right away, and this continues for at least 5 minutes (it somehow fixes itself after that) unless I restart the damn phone.

I'm done with this phone and I regret breaking my S7 Edge. I had it for 6 years but then 1 week ago I dropped it on the tiles at home and it was dead. Now I have to use that excuse of a phone S10 until I can afford a S22 Ultra or the S23 Ultra next year. I regret wasting my money and not getting the Note 10+ instead. That one would at least have had a better battery,

After that it starts its background activity. So, refurbished phone may have a battery problem, new phone is ok until approx 1-2 years or so.
If you're getting second hand or refurbished, your concerns may be related to the following parts:- battery & OLED screen burn (although it happens very rare nowadays).

If it was used for mining, then CPU, GPU, RAM all may be compromised. But it is rare for a phone to used for mining.

                            Hello!

I'm planning on getting this device, however, i don't game or anything, just intense multitasking, navigations here and there, always on internet cuz I'm a blogger and need a powerful device to handle the intense work that comes with it..

Can the Note 9 or S10 do just fine (performance and battery wise)??

A detailed reason why it can or can't would be very much welcomed please!!

                            Thanks!

Would I be better off buying an S10 that is brand new, factory sealed, or should i buy a refurbished? what is the impact on the phone of sitting on a shelf, unused?

My previous J8 which has snapdragon 450 has better signal strength than my S10 exynos, this means that samsung is downgrading their phone antenna quality

Lag? Maybe you have too many garbage apps running. My RAM usage never goes above 5GB

Allanwalker, 08 Jul 2022Thats why you should get the Snapdragon version. Not exynosAgree. Snapdragon versions of Samsung flagships tend to have longer lifespan than their Exynos counterparts. I am using a Snapdragon Galaxy S10 and I get about 5-7 hours of screen on time while when playing continuously I get around 4 hours.

If the Pixel 4 has same price, what you choose between both for 2022 ?
