Anonymous, 31 May 2020Its perfect phone in everything but the battery its very bad Not "very bad". Battery is "just good" Still depends on what you do with ur phone during the day.A 5000 mah battery can still drain quickly if you're doing a lot during the day.

But just a guess as I have S8 plus too and dont have any issues relating to the battery although admittedly I've had the phone since launch and the battery does not perform as it once did but then again I wouldn't expect it to.

                      I had to upgrade from Galaxy S8 to S10 due to battery issues. However, as a result, I have lost visual voicemail. The Samsung Galaxy S10 through xfinity does NOT provide visual voicemail!

                      How do you provide an "updated phone" with fewer basic features??

Also, they are indeed 12MP, so don't expect super detailed photos but ..seriously? They're nowhere near bad.

                                  If yes and still doesn't work, there are couple of options available.

                                  1) You can use backup codes which you get when creating the account. (samsung ask you to note them down in a piece of paper and store them carefully)

                                  2) If you have a device which has already signed in to your Samsung account, go to the settings and then to privacy and security. And there, you can see the backup codes or you can change the phone number for 2 step verification.

                                  These are the only options that I know.

                                    Having problem logging in my Samsung account, used the 2 steps verification thing, but they don't seem to be sending any code when I try to login...PLEASE! HELP!
