The original Flip case cover from Samsung is perfect to cover the phone, including the screen Expensive but worth it. And it turns on the phone when you open the flip.

kitt27, 14 Feb 2020i know. i have a case.You may have a cover but does it surround the phone front and back. Most covers fit on the back but do not reach around the curved screen leaving it vulnerable to accidental drops.

I use a wrap around phone cover that was purchased on eBay and the phone fits inside it very securely. Much as I would prefer not to use a cover it does give enormous peace of mind and you get accustomed to it very quickly. Without the cover the phone is quite slippery in your hand and easy to drop.

The most fragile phone i've even owned. Was very satisfied with my galaxy s6 very durable. my brand new s10 fell in the ground once and the up right corner of the screen is cracked now and the camera is lightly damaged. it also had a screen protector, a plastic one since the curved edges arent friendly with tempered glass screen protectors, changed it twice.

Okay here's the deal with this phone (S10). I tried the P30 and at first I liked the P30 more but later on there's just this weird feeling like I'm not really happy with it. I realized I settled with the P30 just because it's cheaper and has a flat screen.
After I updated my S10, everything improved that beat the hell out of my P30 especially with regards to the camera. Holding and looking at the S10, it looks very premium compared to other phones (even you iPhone) because of the metal sides, glass front and back, and the curved screen. I like the camera improvements, the security it offers, the battery improvements, smoother software (One UI 2.0). I compared the P30 previously with the 11 Pro and my P30 triumphed over it. I'd say my S10 triumphed over my P30 and the 11 Pro so I'm still going to stick with the S10. To everyone looking to buy a new phone, I'd say the S10 is a very good phone!
Edit: It's now 2020 and the S20 has just been revealed. Yes, the S20 and its siblings provided a lot of improvements and they're winners overall but the S10 is still a very good phone for 2020. I'd suggest you buy the S10 especially if you opt for the cheaper flagship. As for me, I'll probably upgrade if the S30, S40, or the S50 will be released because Samsung flagships last a very loooong time. Hell, I used the my GS5 (retired) since 2014 and only upgraded to S10 in 2019. Talk about durability and quality. That's about it for now. Those are my points for the GS10
