Anonymous, 12 Mar 2023Please where did you buy it new?No such thing as brand new other than refurbished. If ever there is one, Im pretty sure the battery gonna be inflated as thats typical of Samsung Batteries if left unused after a few years.

managed to get a prism blue snapdragon version brand new in 2023. Same size as my ancient redmi 4x, should serve me well for the next years.
Thankfully s23 is not that much bigger for replacing it when I need it in the future.

I bought this phone in summer 2019. The only problem I had was with the charging port, which stopped working almost 3 years. After the charging port stopped working, I bought a couple of inexpensive wireless chargers and was able to continue using the phone for another year. After almost four years, I'm replacing it now because I took the case off and then dropped it twice in the following months. It still works in spite of the cracks on the corner and the shattered glass on the back.

If you use it in a warm place with demanding apps it will heat, otherwise it shouldn't heat.

Anonymous, 25 Feb 2023I have the s10e and sometimes it lags and overheats.Try clear cache and see if the problems disappear, if it doesn't try a factory reset.
the S10e still doing good.
