I have put some serious mileage on this phone now, about 9,000 hours usage and it still works great.

It tends to get warm and even hot if you use 4G/5G a lot, battery doesn't last long with it, with wifi much longer.

I charged it with 4G overnight in a warm country, phone being filled with 200 apps, and the battery expanded a bit, oops

I've let it fall on the ground, even hard ones, about 50 times, and it still didn't break the screen, probably because of the thin protectice glass applied.

The screen only started to have burn-in, but only visible on white colour, after about 8000 hours usage, which is impressive to be honest, and the burn-in is only at the top notification bar, which hardly bothers me anyway.

It really is a great phone. I recently bought and returned a Samsung A52. The A52 had worse resolution and the speakers sounded more thin and less warm. The Galaxy s10e is a fast little phone that has been reliable and it has a great looking display. I didn't realize how much a display matters to me until I tried to replace the s10e. It doesn't have the greatest battery life but it isn't the worst either.

Bought this phone almost 4yrs ago. Its been great but i have some issues.

pros: size, premium feel, quality materials, screen, loud speakers, clean ui, great cameras.

cons: 15w charging is not fast, battery life is bad you will charge it twice on heavy days, exynos will slow down after 1 year as usual, heating during gaming so i don't game, lack of a telephoto camera is a shame on holidays, but by far the biggest con is the haptic feedback when typing, its delayed so you will have many errors as it cant keep up!

The S20FE & S21FE fixes all these issues except the heating during gaming so go for those if the price is right. My next phone will be the A series I don't think you need a flagship in 2022.

YolibZ, 27 Apr 2022Im a bit confused on "hybrid dual sim" & &qu... moreHybrid SIM means the SIM tray has a second slot that you can fit either a microSD card or extra SIM in. Dual standby means you can run two SIMs simultaneously and get calls/texts on both numbers without having to switch them out. It's mostly for people in regions like West Europe where international travel is common. If you're in the USA on a carrier like AT&T or Verizon then don't bother.
