I am between the S20+ and the Note20.
I am currently using the S8+ and would like an upgrade.
Looking for a good camera. Should I invest more and get the S20 Ultra or Note20 Ultra or stick with the 'non-ultra' versions?

Just purchased the Poco F2 Pro 3 weeks ago. Do you think it will be worth it to trade my Poco for the S20+ overall?

I think the real question is why is Samsung still using two soc on their flagship, I mean Huawei does a good job with their own Kirin chipset. So their RnD team wouldn't split on Snapdragon and Exynos series

Anon, 11 Sep 2020So is the exynos version really that bad? I know for sure t... moreYou can check out my posts down here.
Exinos version is not slow by any means but it's not good. All that Exinos vs SD fuzz is not just because people are bored. Exynos is slower, camera performance on it is not good enough and battery is weak.
It wouldn't matter if Samsung sold Exynos version cheaper. At the same price point as SD, it's not a good buy.
I think there are better phones for that money out there.

Anon, 11 Sep 2020So is the exynos version really that bad? I know for sure t... moreIt's not as bad as some will have you believe but it IS inferior to the SD version which is disappointing. In normal everyday use you will not notice any difference at all between the two unless you use your phone for high end gaming or multitasking etc and then the phone tends to heat up and can't cope as well as the SD version.

So is the exynos version really that bad? I know for sure the SD version is better.. But unfortunately only the exynos version is available in my country and I really like this phone.. But every review I read is praising th sd version and shitting on the exynos one and it kinda turns me off

After update, I made a factory reset.
Look, I'm not trying to troll or something like that. It could be that I had a faulty unit.
As I said earlyer, phone has a gorgeous screen and great build quality, but mine overheated, camera was not good and battery life was disaster.
Again, it might be that I had a faulty unit.

Anonymous, 06 Sep 2020Do you have Exynos or Snapdragon Version? As I wrote, I used Exynos version. Yesterday I swaped it for other phobe and I couldn't be happier. I won't say what I bought to avoid being called fanboy. :)
Anyway, I tried with 120Hz turned off, AOD off... It helped with battery a bit, but that was still not ok.
Yesterday, I unpluged it at 5:10 am. Gone to work, came at 5 pm home with 35 percent of battery. SOT was 5hrs and 2mins.
I guess it would manage to achive 6hrs 30mins SOT at the end of day. That is with all options turned off!!! Why did they put 120Hz and all the stuff if phone/battery can't handle it?!?
