Customer service center tell me now you have to pay replaced display and we cant do anything. after showing your message but they reply "we are not able to provide any discount from here."

I am suffering S20+ green line issue, bd customer care want much amount of money to replace display only solution. Sumsung should at least 50% off its display price in service center of S20+ those want service for green line and tell guidline to avoid display green line future because the problem generated Android update mobile heating issue. So it should be consider their future business issue the green line should not found in display,if not consider, the innocent customer will loose faith to long run faithful company as premium range of mobile.

Denny, 23 May 2023My samsung s20+ have a green line after being use for 3 yearsI think at one time Samsung were offering to replace or repair rhe screens under warranty. don't know if they are still doing it but they are definitely aware of the problem. Seemed to only happen to s20+.

After updating my display green line on display , I go customer care ,my s20+ some scratch back part of my child cause, bd customer care cannot help only rhey tell display purchase to me , really sad 😢 😢😢 for me for valuable mobile
