well after years of use since day 1 launch, no problems at all, seems that the ones giving a struggle are the ones based of snapdragon cpu, exynos platform has no issues at all, after all it´s a samsung device with a samsung chipset i think that´s the catch right there, other chipsets lose support and have a countdown proning to fail

Got my s20+ screen replaced for free due to green vertical line issues, it's 2 years old and from India.

My s20plus also developed green vertical line from top to bottom 3 days back. There was no water damage or no physical damage. i tried booting rebooting everything nothing happened. Finally searched samsung forums and you tube and realised that lots of s20+ customers are facing this issue and in Indonesia samsung is giving free screen replacement for affected customers. There were some posts that some people also got screen replaced in India free of cost. There was some official notification also in some samsung forums regarding free replacement till 31st dec 2022. My device was 2 years old and was out of warranty. I took my device to samsung service centre and they said we need to ask company for free screen replacement. They wrote a mail to company and finally agreed to replace screen free of cost. i had told them i will not pay a penny. I am told it will take 7-10 days. So all friend who are facing this issue kindly contact samsung authorised service centre and insist on free screen replacement. Only condition is your device should not have physical or water damage,

So everyone should ask their SC or email to CEO (which not direct to CEO but still Customer Service but the executive one not regular CS) about the Policy

It's happened to me also. Woke up from sleep suddenly I saw a green vertical line which very upset me. I have been a fan of Samsung since my 1st purchased but now the product quality is disappointing.

same here, green line appear on my phone, just now the entire screen just went flickering white. Very disappointed. I had a Samsung edge 7 for 6 years and never had any problem!
